February is Heart Health Month and
to celebrate it, Becel has developed a free Heart Healthy Steps CD-ROM
and attached it to 2lb tubs of regular and light Becel margarine for
the Month of February. This motivating and educational CD includes
the 28 Day Heart Health Challenge designed to motivate you to make
small changes towards a healthier lifestyle by providing daily wellness
tips. The CD also provides useful facts, quizzes and tips to help

Top 10 Tips for Better Heart
Health:
- Reduce your saturated fat intake from meats
and remove skin from chicken
- Limit or avoid hydrogenated vegetable oils
and trans fats
- Eat more unsaturated fats from nuts, seeds,
olive oil, non-hydrogenated margarine, fish and fish oils, legumes
and whole grains
- Eat at least 7 servings of vegetables and
fruit each day
- Increase your fibre intake by eating more
whole grains, legumes, fruit and vegetables
