Wonder + Invisibles Bread

For many parents meal planning can be very stressful, in fact a recent survey found that more than 80% agreed that meal planning was stressful and nearly 30% felt their busy schedules impacted their ability to serve a nutritious meal.
The recent introduction of Wonder + Invisibles is an easy solution for parents who want their kids to eat whole grains without sacrificing taste. Many kids are still stuck on white bread claiming the taste of whole wheat or whole grain is not acceptable to them. Wonder+ Invisibles tastes like white bread, feels like white bread but is more nutritious than white bread.
Wonder + Invisibles contains 160 kcal per 2 slice serving, so 80 kcal per slice. It is made from 14 different whole grains including oats, wheat, spelt, khorasan, golden flax, corn, millet, barley, quinoa, brown rice, rye, soy, sorghum and triticale, ground finely so you can’t see them.   It has 2 g fat, 4 g fibre and 200mg sodium.  Wonder+ Invisibles is lower in fat and sodium than the original Wonder white bread.

The Bottom Line: Choosing a whole-grain bread made with 100% whole grains is the way to go when it comes to breads. If you are already eating a bread like Silver Hills or Healthy Way, Country Harvest Flax or Uprising Bakery whole grain breads then don’t switch. However, if you or a family member is still stuck on white refined flour breads, give Wonder+ Invisibles a go, they will never know they are being healthy!
