"Diana, just a quick heads up to let you know we are still using your cookbook and the guys will often be heard saying what would Diana say about this or that....really good feed back... I made your potato salad and the oriental coleslaw on Sat. for a family luncheon and had rave reviews so thanks again."

February is Heart Health Month and to celebrate it, Becel has developed a free Heart Healthy Steps CD-ROM  and attached it to 2lb tubs of regular and light Becel margarine for the Month of February.  This motivating and educational CD includes the 28 Day Heart Health Challenge designed to motivate you to make small changes towards a healthier lifestyle by providing daily wellness tips.  The CD also provides useful facts, quizzes and tips to help you get on the road to a heart healthy lifestyle.  It covers 3 important areas of heart health.

  1. Eat Well – defines types of fat, helps decode nutrition labels and offers heart healthy recipes
  2. Keep Fit – provides physical activity ideas for all four seasons, has tips on beginning a walking program, and includes a live-action video clip on strength training hosted by John Stanton from The Running Room.
  3. Relax – includes a 10-minute stress-reducing workout with host Sharon Mann and offers claming melodies from Solitudes, a harmonious mix of relaxing nature sounds and soft music.
